Job Description

Kids in Tech equips young people with the skills and confidence to succeed in a technology-driven world. Through engaging, hands-on STEAM programs, we close the digital divide and inspire the next generation of innovators. We are working toward an ambitious goal: reaching 10,000 youth annually by 2028 through transformative learning experiences. The Managing Director, Strategy and Operations will serve as a senior organizational leader and trusted partner to the CEO, helping design, implement, and sustain the internal infrastructure that drives operational excellence and organizational alignment. This leader will focus on strengthening internal systems, people, and performance, ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently so the CEO can focus on external strategy, partnerships, and growth.
